First Race / Results
Parents and runners,
We are unbelievably proud of our runners! The kids showed tremendous effort and heart. The first race is the hardest, and we look forward to getting better each and every week.
Results are posted on our website under the “Results” tab (www.longvalleytrack.com). While we understand that everyone loves results, it is important that we focus on improving every week regardless of whether we finished 1st or 81st. Continual building and individual improvement is the goal.
Thank you to all of our parents for their support and getting the kids ready to run. We could also not have done this without our new coaches, who did a fantastic job!
If parents want to discuss individual goals, race strategy or any other issues, please feel free to grab Coach Mike or the other coaches at the beginning or end of practice. See everyone on Wednesday.
